MoU signed between SIFPSA and PFI

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between SIFPSA, State Technical Support Unit for RCH and Family Planning in Uttar Pradesh and Population Foundation of India (PFI), a national level NGO working in the area of population and development policies, strategies and programmes on February 20,2014 at Lucknow. The MoU was signed by Sri Amit Kumar Ghosh, Executive Director,SIFPSA and Ms.Poonam Muttreja, Executive Director,PFI.

SIFPSA and PFI have mutually agreed to work together in the area of population, health, community monitoring , urban health and other health area in general for the benefit of the general population. Both organizations will immediately review and initiate the work on revision of Uttar Pradesh Population Policy.

On this occasion, from SIFPSA Mr. BK Jain, General Manager (Research & Evaluation), Ms.Savita Chauhan,GM(Private Sector), Dr.Veena Bajpai,GM(Public Sector), Mr.H.C.Joshi, GM(Finance) and from PFI Ms.Sona Sharma and Sri Rajiv Saurastri were also present.
